Valter Nassi was a foodie, an Italian restaurateur, born in Tuscany. His craft was his pride. Valter died a few weeks ago, at 76, and I wasn't expecting to be so emotional about it. I wanted to take some time exploring the artistry and the fantastic restaurant which inspired the building of my advisory practice.
You may recall that I tried to meet up with you for our Spring Break in Utah. I must have called a dozen times trying to get a reservation and then as we were driving back to SLC, we got a call saying that they had a cancellation. We didn't even leave our number, they just knew that we were trying and they called of their own initiative. Valter's food was amazing and I am so glad I got to eat it and enjoy it with my wife and kids one last time.
